The Club has more than 1800 members drawn from the elite mass of the society like Judges of Supreme Court of India, High Court of Odisha, Defense Personnel, Senior Bureaucrats, and other noted personalities in the field of Medical, Engineering, Legal, Sports, and Culture. The Club is also affiliated with 140 noted Clubs throughout the Country.

Cuttack Club's last annual general meet (AGM) happened on 29 Sep 2024. The company last updated its financials on 31 Mar 2024 as per the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).

Cuttack Club is majorly in Community, personal & Social Services business for the last 160 years and currently, company operations are active. Current board members & directors are President- DR.
